Together with Chef you will learn the process of levitation of dough for pizza and bread, preparation of flat Tuscan bread called “schiaccia” and unsalted Tuscan bread. Lesson also includes recipes of different pizza’s garnitures and preparation of traditional Tuscan almond cookies – Cantucci.
